In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Cancelling an order after payment and before shipping will result in a 10% restocking fee.

Although we take great care in handling our products it is Our policy to only guarantee the figure and not the packaging it comes in. There may be slight color variations between the photograph of the item on this site and the actual item you receive. You may request additional photos of the item.  Due to the fragile nature of Figures, any figure broken in the package must be returned in a sealed package for refund.  Figures opened are NOT acceptable for any returns.  These figures are being SOLD AS IS, as sealed collectibles.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days after shipment.
